INGREDIENTS:
Organic Nettle – nourishing to the adrenals and high in vitamins, minerals and protein, helps to maintain blood sugar levels and increase milk supply
Organic Oatstraw – similar properties to Nettle as a nerve and nutritive tonic
Organic Red raspberry leaf – high in vitamins and minerals, toning to the uterus, historically used by Indigenous tribes
Organic Alfalfa – one of the richest sources of vitamins including vitamin K, minerals and protein
Organic Fennel – increases milk supply
Organic Fenugreek – increases milk supply
Organic Shatavari – increases milk supply
Organic Anise seed – increases milk supply
DIRECTIONS:
hot infusion: add 1 Tblsp per 8 oz hot water, let steep for 5-10 minutes.
cold infusion: add 4 Tblsp to 32 ounces of hot water in a quart size jar, cover with a cap and leave out for 4-12 hrs. Strain herbs and drink cold over ice with sweetener of choice.
