This tea latte is my go to afternoon drink! It’ This tea latte is my go to afternoon drink!  It’s made from my Golden organic tea blend, a little milk of your choice, honey and a dash of cinnamon on top. It’s like fall in a mug! 🫶🍂🫚

Avena sativa also known as Milky oats or Oatstraw Avena sativa also known as Milky oats or Oatstraw is one of the most impactful herbs that I’ve ever worked with. I started using it regularly during a time where my nervous system was severely unregulated. 😫

The results were nothing short of amazing! I was way less stressed, not as easily triggered, slept better and even felt physically better thanks to the vitamins and minerals. 🌿
