This tea latte is my go to afternoon drink! It’s made from my Golden organic tea blend, a little milk of your choice, honey and a dash of cinnamon on top. It’s like fall in a mug! 🫶🍂🫚

Golden was formulated with herbs and spices to help reduce inflammation and support cellular health. Plus it’s delicious! 😋✨

Here is what’s included:

• Organic Rooibos – anti-inflammatory, contains more antioxidants than green tea, supports heart health

• Organic Turmeric – anti-inflammatory, eases pain, supports liver function, studies show it’s effective for inflammation induced depression

• Organic Ginger – enhances immune function, increases blood circulation, anti-inflammatory, eases pain, antiviral and antibacterial properties, eases nausea

• Organic Cinnamon – antimicrobial, antiviral and antibacterial properties, increases circulation, warming, eases digestive upset

Avena sativa also known as Milky oats or Oatstraw

Avena sativa also known as Milky oats or Oatstraw is one of the most impactful herbs that I’ve ever worked with. I started using it regularly during a time where my nervous system was severely unregulated. 😫

The results were nothing short of amazing! I was way less stressed, not as easily triggered, slept better and even felt physically better thanks to the vitamins and minerals. 🌿

Herbalist Michael Moore said that Oatstraw is an ideal herb for those with “crispy critter syndrome” referring to those people who are overworked, burnt out and constantly in fight or flight mode.

Beyond helping to regulate the nervous system Oatstraw has many other benefits for women including it’s ability to balance hormones (menopausal ladies, you need this one), increase milk production and helping with postpartum recovery. 💕

NORA is an acronym for Nettle • Oatstraw • Red raspberry • Alfalfa. I also add a touch of Spearmint to my blend!

🌿 Nettle – nourishing to the adrenals and high in vitamins, minerals and protein, helps to maintain blood sugar levels, use postpartum for milk supply

🌿 Oatstraw – similar properties to Nettle as a nerve and nutritive tonic

🌿 Red raspberry leaf – high in vitamins and minerals, toning to the uterus, historically used by Indigenous tribes
