Organic Elderberry Syrup Kit

Do you like to make your own herbal remedies? This kit makes it super easy! All you need is honey or maple syrup, water and a container to put your finished syrup in. Makes approximately 16 ounces.

Description

Ingredients:
*Organic Elderberries
*Organic Cinnamon Sticks
*Organic Ground Ginger
*Organic Whole Cloves
*Organic Rosehips

Instructions:
Pour 2 cups of filtered water and all ingredients in bag to a boil. Reduce to low, cover and gently simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool. Strain ingredients (cheesecloth is helpful for this). Make sure to press out all juice from ingredients. Add 4 ounces of honey (for ages 1+) or maple syrup. Refrigerate and shake well before using.

Suggested Usage:
(ages 1-3) 1/2 tsp daily or 3x a day during illness
(ages 4-18) 1 tsp daily or 3x a day during illness
(ages 19+) 1 Tblsp daily or 3x a day during illness

To make tinctures at home just fill a jar halfway with whatever dried herbs you like then pour vodka over. Cap and let sit for 4 weeks before straining and rebottling. So easy! 🌿
