I celebrated St Patrick’s Day with an iced Match I celebrated St Patrick’s Day with an iced Matcha latte…just kidding I make one everyday! But it did feel a little bit more festive today. ☘️ Matcha is full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and an amino acid called L-theanine that helps to reduce anxiety. It also gives me an energy boost without the jitters!

Iced Matcha Latte
• 1 tsp Matcha green tea
• 1 cup milk of choice
• 1 cup ice
• 1-2 tsp honey
• sprinkle of cinnamon (personal preference)

Add Matcha to a small bowl and pour warm water over it. Whisk to remove clumps. Pour into a glass with milk and ice. Add honey and cinnamon. Enjoy and Happy St Paddy’s Day! 🌈

Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. I’ve been loving @acidleague Strawberry Rose Living vinegar on my spring salads lately! 😋

Just peel off the outer cover and you’ll find a little seed pod inside. The seeds can be bitter so either boil or roast them. I’ve heard that they’re good mixed into mashed potatoes! What wild edible food have you tried lately?
