
Golden Milk Turmeric Lattes are on of my favorite go to drinks! It’s the perfect way to warm up on a chilly day. Plus it is loaded with health benefits! I like it with raw cow’s milk but you can always use oat, coconut or almond milk for a vegan option. Try it and I know it will soon be a favorite in your home too!

Golden Milk Turmeric Latte
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 star anise optional
Instructions
- Heat pick, spices and syrup on stovetop until warm.
- Pour into mug and top with a star anise for added health benefits.
Benefits of Turmeric
Turmeric helps stimulate digestion by encouraging production of bile and supports the liver. It’s a potent anti-inflammatory that can help reduce chronic pain. It has extensive research for it’s anticancer benefits as well.

It is also a helper or catalyst of turmeric enchancing turmeric’s effect on the body and should be paired together for better absorption.
